What I'm Offering


Online Sessions

Online therapy works in the same manner as face-to-face sessions. Being in the comfort of your own home via the online mode offers you more flexibility and convenience. Also, a free 20 min telephonic “get to know call”, before we start our initial session would give us an opportunity to decide if we would be able to work with each other.

Face to face  Sessions

I offer physical consultations at Valley Psychological Services, Bangsar, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.


The first session, generally lasting around 90 minutes (but you would be charged only for 60 minutes), is aimed at putting together a concrete treatment plan and deciding on the number of sessions required. This session would be centered around discussing the problems or areas of focus, medical history, creating a brief chronology of life events, and completing consultation forms, agreements, and necessary evaluations


Right from the beginning, you are an active participant in the therapeutic process and we will review progress at regular agreed intervals. My approach is to restructure the cycle of behaviour, thoughts, and feelings and therefore your involvement and practice of techniques in real-life scenarios outside the therapy room is absolutely vital in achieving progress. Appointments are usually scheduled weekly or bi-weekly as per your unique situation. Normally, each session would be of 60 minutes and if it extends beyond, charges would be calculated accordingly. Typically 8-10 sessions are sufficient for lasting change. You will also be taught short coping strategies during the time.
