Anxiety can be something that we face on a daily basis! We live in times when we tend to lose objectivity owing to our time-bound, fast-paced lifestyles. We stress over our relationships, finance, career, or family. Our expectations and aspirations originally intended for success make us fall into a whirlwind of anxious emotions, fear, and stress.

The experience of anxiety and stress is complex and determined by internal (eg a pain of unknown origin, etc) or external factors ( fear of certain things, relationships, impending exams, etc)

A person’s anxiety is expressed at different levels - Physiological ( sweating, increased heart rate, etc) thoughts and how a situation is interpreted ( What if….? I cannot….) actions (avoidance, dependency, vocalizations, etc).
