About me
"My work is the reflection of my philosophy and values! "
I believe everyone is unique and one’s response to any given situation in life is largely guided by emotional judgments and knowledge. We all have an innate ability to cruise through rough situations - but in order to reach that desired destination, we need the right approach. This philosophy of mine along with the values of respect, acceptance, and compassion, that I uphold, form the basis of my work.
My focus is on empowering my clients…coaching them in pinpointing life challenges, inspiring them to deal with self-sabotaging behavior, low self-esteem, and negative emotions; working past their negative and self-limiting beliefs, past trauma, and depression toward positive relationships and life goals. The intention is not just to manage their present situations but also to equip them with skills to face future challenges. Going by my philosophy of the uniqueness of each person, the sessions are tailor-made. Starting with conceptualising the issues, teaching techniques like Self Hypnosis, and thought and behaviour restructuring through CBT and Hypnotherapy, my clients learn a host of different techniques to manage their minds and reality.
