Online therapy works in the same manner as face-to-face sessions. Being in the comfort of your own home via the online mode offers you more flexibility and convenience. Also, a free 20 min telephonic “get to know call”, before we start our initial session would give us an opportunity to decide if we would be able to work with each other.
I conduct online therapy sessions mostly through platforms like Skype (60 minutes per session).
Few pointers for our online session:
Sessions will be scheduled with prior appointments Monday to Friday from 9 am to 8 pm & Saturday from 9 am to 12 noon.
Payment should be made via bank transfer. Charges and bank details will be shared during the intake session.
Clients are expected to fill out an intake form and sign the confidentiality form before the commencement of the first session (which would be sent to you via email).
